Responsibility matrix

Every part of the job needs a named owner.

The signed proposal is the project-specific source of truth. It separates work APEX performs from specialist work it coordinates and information the owner or landlord must provide.

01

APEX project scope

The proposal identifies the site review, planning, construction management, procurement, coordination and closeout work assigned to APEX.

02

Specialist and regulated work

The responsible architect, engineer, equipment provider or regulated trade is named for work that requires a specific licence, design authority, test or certificate.

03

Owner and landlord inputs

Lease conditions, base-building information, approvals, owner-supplied equipment, operating decisions and required sign-offs remain visible in the project list.
